We love it! The picture came in a well package box that protected the frame and picture well. The artists did exactly as asked. My only negative interaction was that my original picture was sent through the approval department and give approval but then kicked back after a few days and bummed us out. The company did work to ensure the product was what we wanted and it was an overall good experience.

It was so easy.. I simply uploaded one of my favorite wedding photos, and Welham &Co. did the rest. I was sent a proof of the artwork to review first. I made some suggestions—which the company followed to a T. I approved the edits and within a week, my beautiful photo with personalized caption arrived. I was also given the option to purchase a digital file of the same, which I did, and can use for additional prints or other products.
