I really love the quality of the picture and frame. Only thing missing was the hardware to hang it up..
Zachery J.
Everything was perfect! Thank you so much!

We love our home portraits and we plan to keep adding with every move.

Our portrait is a keepsake that we will treasure. The ability to purchase the softcopy is wonderful; as we can share it with our children to keep also.
Teresa M.
Love the picture. Love that you can.make changes. The issue was delivery. I received the notice it waa delivered - couldn't find it. Saw the next day by the garage in a spot I would never look. And it had poured in Boston that day. Box and paperwork work were soaked. Thank goodness pic was ok. Not why it was not left at the door. Thanks
Katrina W.
I didn't actually see the picture. It was a gift to someone & was mailed to them so I can't send you a photo. They said they loved it though. I am a little disappointed that there was no gift card or anything because they didn't know who it was from. I can't even remember there being an option to have a card placed inside the box. Next time I order I will see if there is an option to have a card delivered with the gift. I will order again though because this was a closing gift to a seller that had spent many years in the home & she moved across country.

This was a gift for my real estate clients. I didn't get to see their reactions when they opened it, but they told me they love it!

The image looked more like a print than an actual painting. For the price that I spent I was expecting it to be a better quality. I definitely will not be ordering any in the future.
Celeste J.

I wasn't delighted with the house portrait. Granted, I did not provide a great quality picture for you to work with but the quality of the finished picture, particularly the tree and bush branches, is so-so.
Laura K.
Our sweet Sean, of 12 years, passed away last fall. We miss him so much. This portrait is my husband’s favorite photo of Sean and an early birthday gift. We will treasure this
Donald S.
The picture turned out great-Welham did a wonderful job of editing the photo, as there was a lot of work involved--Unfortunately our communications good have been better.
Avantay H.

I thought it would be more of a sketch versus my color photo just turned to a black and white photo with background blurred out but the friends that I gave it to loved it!
John B.

Really nice gift for a house warming or holiday, would definitely recommend!
Rosemary F.
The picture turned out perfectly. The artist removed several things blocking the house and sent me the digital version before finishing. It turned out really well!!! Better than I imagined.
Karen J.
I loved the print, did not like the cheap black frame (which I did not order but was charged for). Reframed. It looks lovely. Your frame went into the trash
Catherine S.
The picture/watercolor is great! It was a gift and I feel like they’ll have it and love it, forever. The process was smooth, quick and best of all, easy. I will definitely do this again.

I couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience and order. I requested two watercolor, custom home portraits gifts for my siblings. They are stunning and beautifully framed. The customer service and notification of progress, along with shipping, was amazing. I honestly couldn’t be happier. Looking forward to taking pictures of them opening their gifts at Christmas!!
Sara F.
The gift was a winner! Our friends love their framed picture which we gave as a house warming gift!
Michelle A.
The picture turned out great, all edits were done as asked and the picture is lovely! We were not however happy with the delivery service. The package was "out for delivery" for 4 days and arrived to us late and damaged, causing one corner of the frame to be slightly damaged. It should have had a bit more inner packaging to protect the frame. This was a client gift and we received it on the day it was to be given, so there was not time to have it rectified. So overall, very happy with the product but not the service we rcv'd from the courier.
Janice M.
Lovely final product, excellent customer service…
Heather L.
Picture is not as clear as I thought it would be but still a nice gift.
Linda S.

We purchase these pictures for real estate clients. A lot of time they don’t open them when first given as a gift. We have gotten many compliments on the gift after they have had a chance to open and appreciate it.

Purchased as gift for my Dad - our family holiday house in portrait. He absolutely loved it.
Mary G.
I had trouble with going back and changing delivery address. Thought I had changed it but item went my address instead of my daughter. I had to ship it myself. Not the most customer friendly website for ordering and tracking. Picture came out great but challenging getting the order completed.
Ariane C.
It was for my son and daughter in law. They left Seattle for Florida and I wanted them to remember their first home together. It was very emotional to see them open their present. They absolutely loved it!!!
Thanks again
Ariane

When the home artist that I used to use retired ,
I found Welham on line. After carefully reviewing their examples, checking reviews I decided to give it a try.
I was amazed on how simple the process was. Upload a photo, and in days I was notified with a proof. Simple and perfect.
The update emails, instant response, beautiful home portrait, plus being framed has made me a customer. Not to mention delivery was fast
Monique J.
Beautiful!!! My clients will love it!!
Sascha M.

I highly recommend Welham & Co. I ordered a custom house portrait for Valentines Day and had some miscommunication errors on the portrait. Luke handled it, fixed the order and still got it delivered in time. He was incredibly thoughtful and runs an amazing business. I will be using them again in the future!
Amanda H.
Excellent customer service- thank so much to Luke and his team. This will be a gift for my husband- very much looking forward to giving it to him!
Katherine L.
We had a few issues at first getting the quantity updated from 1 to 2, but other than that, everything was perfect.
Judy L.
The recipent lost his wife last year. He hired me to sell his family home on property that has been in his family for decades. He can hang this is his new home and still have a part of his last that he shared with his beloved wife. I love being able to have these special homes memorialized for clients that are moving on from a place they still love but need to move from. He was really touched. We were both in tears.
Gladys H.
It was a gift and they loved it. They had admired the one I had done of my house and I thought it would make a nice Christmas gift for them.
Michael H.
I had this shipped directly to my client. It was a closing gift and had a picture of the previous home. They liked it quite a bit!
Joe P.
My Family absolutely LOVED the photo of our First House. GREAT Quality and just AWESOME! Thank You!
Thomas J.
I especially appreciated all of the care and concern to make sure requested revisions were completed prior to proof approval. Your company and service team truly live out your stated commitment to 100% customer satisfaction. We are thrilled with the sketch you created of the home in which we raised our family. It is a treasure!
Thank you,
Tom R-PA
Robert V.
very painful process with the house portrait. Multiple iterations on the proof with questions on where the work was being di=one. Was there a language issue. Finally got it right on the 5th attempt. Does look good but painful process.
Mug; still waiting on it. Print already arrived.
Digital print: after repeated statements the copy would be emailed after the print is processed- still nothing
NET; nice end product- terrible process
Amy T.
Order was processed quickly and turned out great!
